Adecco Italia SPA is seeking an Account Manager for our office in Milan, belonging to protected categories, to support Italian/Spanish SMEs in their globalization and digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing client onboarding and initial platform activities;
  2. Coordinating communication between clients and our service partners;
  3. Providing technical training and becoming a platform expert;
  4. Creating and updating vendor pages on the platform;
  5. Assisting clients in publishing and optimizing their product catalogs;
  6. Supporting clients in troubleshooting and compliance;
  7. Monitoring client performance and creating monthly reports;
  8. Conducting comprehensive account diagnostics quarterly;
  9. Providing monthly updates to clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts;
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives;
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Native proficiency in Italian/Spanish, fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus.
