What will we do together?

Customer satisfaction is central to MAF’s ethos. As an Account Manager, you will identify ideal advertisers, drive adoption of our mobile adtech platforms, and foster long-term relationships with direct brands, media agencies, and ad networks. You will engage with all levels of client accounts and collaborate internally with sales, project management, technology, and operations teams.

What will you do?

  • Develop MAF’s presence in APAC, especially China, working closely with the CEO and C-level executives to define strategic guidelines and future roadmap.
  • Generate leads, negotiate deal terms, and follow up on prospects.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests, ensuring services meet their needs and budgets.
  • Represent MAF at industry conferences and events; participate in speaking opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships with strategic advertisers.
  • Monitor industry trends in mobile monetization and advertising.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to influence product development.

What will you need?

  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Experience in account management within app marketing.
  • Knowledge of the app or gaming economy and established networks among mobile developers.
  • Understanding of rewarded and Offerwall advertising platforms.
  • Deep industry knowledge of digital and mobile markets.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions like Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Skills in forecasting and crafting mutually beneficial deals.
  • Proven success selling technical products to mobile app developers.
  • Strong rapport-building and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and reliability.
  • Resilience in problem-solving and recovery from setbacks.
