We are looking for an Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you'll drive business growth by converting leads and nurturing client relationships across a diverse portfolio. You'll be the bridge between our services and clients, from individual professionals to large corporations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Lead the full client acquisition process by transforming inbound leads into long-term partnerships through tailored solutions.
  2. Account Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  3. Portfolio Management: Oversee and ensure the health, profitability, and satisfaction of your client portfolio.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to optimize client portfolios for better performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  1. Professional Experience: Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention, with a proven ability to convert leads into lasting partnerships.
  2. Account Management Expertise: Strong track record in growing and maintaining client relationships, maximizing account value, and ensuring profitability.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian, German, or French preferred).
  4. Cultural Competence: Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments with a diverse range of client portfolios.
  5. Analytical Skills: Experience in monitoring and enhancing key metrics such as client retention rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  7. Proven track record of successful teamwork and consistently surpassing targets.
  8. Strong strategic problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customizing solutions to meet diverse client needs.
