BioTalent are proud to be supporting an advanced genomic services and solutions organisation who are looking to onboard a permanent Account Manager to join their commercial team. This is a key commercial role focused on growing and managing client relationships while driving revenue growth through cutting-edge NGS solutions.

You will be responsible for : Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your territory to meet and exceed revenue targets. Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. Build long-term, profitable relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on the company’s product portfolio. Stay up to date on genomic trends and the full suite of offerings to serve as a trusted advisor. Represent the company at meetings, events, and client sites — regular travel within the territory is expected.

You will bring the following : Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or a related field is required; PhD is preferred. Experience in Next Generation Sequencing. Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.
