Our client, a long-established, reputable Global Pharmaceutical company whose products are number 1 rated, is looking to find a Field Sales Account Manager who has a passion for people as well as lead acquisition.

With a generous basic pay and achievable targets, you will be tasked with educating professional Body Piercers and Tattoo Artists on the importance of aftercare. Create a lasting impression by ensuring that clients are satisfied and stocked, following up communication, re-ordering products, and making sales suggestions, all while benefitting from the reputation of an established brand.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Working within the sales department as part of a specialized team that focuses on generating sales for a fast-growing brand, you will:
  • Evaluate markets to identify products that match with the right customers and retail chains.
  • Develop a sales plan based on each customer's needs to cross-sell product lines, expand product selection, and/or introduce new products.
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules; meet with decision-makers and build relationships as a trusted adviser.
  • Plan and complete territory travel efficiently for geographical visits (as required).
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar field-based sales role (commodity sales)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and provide feedback
  • A knack for technology and systems
  • Resilience and the ability to react swiftly to situations and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm local time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
