Are you experienced in Charter Sales and looking for a busy and varied role that allows you to utilise your sales and broking skills within a close-knit team? If so, apply now as we are seeking an Account Manager to join our Group Charter team in Milan on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering revenue and profitability according to your targets and maintaining high-value accounts.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate proactive sales ability, a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, smart procurement techniques, creative presentation skills, insightful closing techniques, and robust administration with flight planning arrangements.

Accountabilities

• Processing incoming enquiries for charter services, liaising with operators, quoting, planning, and overseeing bookings and documentation, while providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining and growing existing client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Achieving set targets for each financial year
• Assisting with client care activities and supplier relations
• Ensuring quick turnaround of client enquiries
• Accurately entering and updating enquiries in CRM
• Providing after-sales service and maintaining organized paperwork
• Research industry data to generate new sales leads
• Building new business and cross-selling other services
• Managing high service levels on demanding accounts
