We operate in 97 markets with a team of over 300 employees across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and NA.

About The Role

To support the growth of a key account across 21 markets, we are expanding our client services team in Europe. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. This is a permanent position, which can be remote with infrequent travel.

The Account Manager will oversee the operational management of the 2D, Flat pack, and Pre-filled Display contracts for our client. Responsibilities include managing display requirements, additional service lines, quality control, and related tasks. You will be responsible for service delivery, managing a client services team, maintaining client and supplier relationships through regular production meetings, ensuring contractual KPIs are met, and monitoring supplier performance and financial metrics.

You will handle day-to-day interactions with the regional team and clients, nurturing relationships, engaging with TMS’s global support functions to allocate resources effectively, and providing technical support and expertise. Managing operational financial performance, achieving financial targets, developing and executing production management plans, and assisting in strategic development with the Regional Account Director are also key responsibilities.

Additional duties include supporting customer audits, benchmarking exercises, analyzing monthly MI for compliance and development opportunities, ensuring contract compliance, maintaining system data, and supporting data accuracy for internal and external reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with Point-of-Sale / POP / POSM / Trade marketing, preferably from managed services, manufacturing, or procurement backgrounds
  • Knowledge of procurement, distribution, shipping, and retail sectors
  • Proven service delivery and excellent customer relationship management skills
