Descrizione del lavoro

  • MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including a broad marketing and sales network across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

About the Role

  • We are seeking an Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales, specifically for the Italy region. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and business segments.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
  • Handle customer issues effectively.
  • Meet sales targets (booking and billing).
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Work regionally or globally with teams to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.

Education Background / Major: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience (Must): Minimum 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

Knowledge (Ideal): Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.

Abilities / Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners. Ability to identify new business opportunities. Willingness to travel within Europe for customer visits.

Skills / Certifications: Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
