The ideal candidate will excel in high-impact environments and possess deep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising. This role involves leading two Account Managers and collaborating with the European team for campaign success. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.

A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms.

As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity.

? What You’ll Do

  • Own the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key client
  • Act as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholders
  • Lead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and success
  • Guide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planning
  • Develop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insight
  • Navigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines
