LePub, parte di Publicis Groupe, cerca un/una Account - Internship per l’ufficio di Milano. Affiancherai il management di clientela su progetti di comunicazione integrata, con focus su campagne digitali.

Entrerai in un ambiente dinamico di un’agenzia, supporterai attività di gestione clienti, coordinamento con team interni e apprenderai i processi che portano live i progetti. Requisiti: laurea o background in comunicazione/marketing/pubblicità, inglese avanzato, padronanza Office e forte

Competenze

• Background in Communication/Marketing/Advertising.
• Buona padronanza dell’inglese (C1/C2).
• Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) e Outlook.
• Alta motivazione, attenzione ai dettagli e buone capacità organizzative.
• Passione per il mondo della comunicazione.
• Proattività e ottime capacità di lavoro in team.

Mansioni

• Partecipa a briefing session e riunioni con i clienti.
• Supporta i colleghi senior nella gestione delle richieste dei clienti, con focus su campagne digitali.
• Supporta il team account nelle attività operative e collabora con creativi, pianificatori social e produttori.
• Supporta il team leader nel gestire lo stato di avanzamento creativo per organizzare progetti e compiti, assicurando consegne di alta qualità nei tempi concordati.

Panoramica

LePub is looking for an Account - Internship for its Milan office!

Join a fast-paced agency environment and gain hands‑on experience working on integrated communication projects for a leading food brand. You will support client management activities, coordinate with internal teams, and gain first‑hand exposure to the processes that bring communication projects to life.

Responsabilità

• Participate in briefing sessions and client meetings.
• Support senior colleagues in managing client requests and needs across all communication activities, with a particular focus on digital campaigns.
• Support the account team in operational activities and work closely with creatives, social media planners, and producers.
• Support the team leader in managing creative progress to organize projects and tasks, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines.

Qualifiche

• Background in Communication/Marketing/Advertising.
• Good command of English (C1/C2).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook.
• High motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for the world of communication.
• Proactive attitude and strong team‑working skills.

Compensation:

Internship: monthly allowance range €600 - 800 net.

The salary range stated is applicable as of the publication date of this job posting; the company reserves the right to update it.
