LePub, parte del Publicis Groupe, cerca un Account per uno stage extracurricular presso l’ufficio di Roma. Seleziona candidati con formazione in comunicazione/marketing/pubblicità e abilità organizzative per supportare attività e campagne digitali.

Competenze

• Background in Communication/Marketing/Advertising.
• Buona padronanza dell’inglese (C1/C2).
• Buona conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) e Outlook.
• Alta motivazione, attenzione ai dettagli e ottime capacità organizzative.
• Passione per il mondo della comunicazione.
• Attitudine proattiva e ottime capacità di lavoro in team.

Mansioni

• Partecipa a briefing e riunioni con i clienti.
• Supporta i colleghi senior nel gestione delle richieste dei clienti e delle attività di comunicazione, con focus su campagne digitali.
• Supporta il team account in attività operative e collabora con creatives, social media planner e producer.
• Supporta il team leader nel controllo dei progressi creativi e nell’organizzazione di progetti entro i tempi previsti.

Panoramica

LePub is looking for a Account - extracurricular Internship for its Rome office!

Responsabilità

• Participate in briefing sessions and client meetings.
• Support senior colleagues in managing client requests and needs across all communication activities, with a particular focus on digital campaigns.
• Support the account team in operational activities and work closely with creatives, social media planners, and producers.
• Support the team leader in managing creative progress to organize projects and tasks, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines.

Qualifiche

• Background in Communication/Marketing/Advertising.
• Good command of English (C1/C2).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook.
• High motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for the world of communication.
• Proactive attitude and strong team-working skills.

Compensation

Extracurricular Internship: monthly allowance of €800 net.

The salary range stated is applicable as of the publication date of this job posting; the company reserves the right to update it.
