We are seeking an Account Growth Manager to help maximize growth opportunities across our client base.

About The Role

The Account Growth Manager plays a vital role in proactively driving revenue, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective tracking of growth opportunities. This includes automating workflows and improving efficiency, as well as influencing training and best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track incremental growth through regular reports and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with the CS team to report on expansion opportunities efficiently.
  • Identify and implement tools or processes to automate tracking and streamline workflows.
  • Evaluate and improve how we track, measure, and forecast account growth.
  • Partner with leadership to develop training programs.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on growth strategies and client expansion.
  • Leverage data and market trends to refine our revenue growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B marketing, SaaS, or agency settings.
  • Strong analytical skills to track revenue and analyze growth trends.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
