What Are We Looking For?
English language - Mother Tongue or C2 level
Team player with a winning mentality - your desire is to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota, and you are willing to make sacrifices so that your colleagues reach it too.
Data-driven thinking - you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, and continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data.
Desire to learn - you are willing to participate in on-field coaching sessions and eager to read books on improving your sales skills. Training can be in-person or remote. We also value face-to-face meetings to share company values.
Experience in the role - you have at least 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales team (preferably SaaS) where you exceeded your sales targets.
Experience selling to clients based in UK and Ireland.
Organization - you pay attention to detail, plan your agenda meticulously, and update the CRM regularly.
Productivity - you are motivated to sell into the SMB market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
