Wingtra’s world-class sales team is looking to capitalize on the momentum as the world’s fastest-growing fixed-wing drone manufacturer in the surveying and mapping market. We are seeking a motivated and hungry Account Executive for Southern Europe to expand our local market presence in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Responsibilities
  • Work closely with partners to grow Wingtra’s market share across the region.
  • Support partners in generating B2B sales leads, product demonstrations, and prospecting.
  • Develop sales strategies with the Regional Sales team to expand Wingtra’s footprint.
  • Promote our product and brand actively in target markets.
  • Organize and travel to demonstrations, customer meetups, and tradeshows.
  • Learn about customer use cases and market opportunities; contribute to strategy development.
  • Maintain customer data in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B sales management or related business development roles.
  • Passionate, competitive, curious, and eager to grow skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with distribution partners and demonstrate strong sales aptitude.
  • Comfortable managing large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior-level executives.
  • Fast learner, well-structured, persuasive, and independent.
  • Willing to travel frequently (up to 50%).
  • Knowledge of a second regional language.
  • Tech-savviness with CRM and communication tools like Hubspot.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in geospatial technologies, remote sensing, or drone industries.
  • Existing network in surveying, mining, waste management, engineering, earthworks, or construction sectors.
