DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Now that the company is the leader in the French market, your role will be to develop the Italian market.

Prospection:

  • Drive local market development in Italy, identifying key opportunities and building strategic relationships.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for expanding the client portfolio.

Closing:

  • Independently conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and effectively close deals, exceeding set sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless transition from sale to implementation.

Farming:

  • Implement effective farming strategies to nurture and grow existing client relationships.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships post-sale to drive satisfaction, retention, and address inquiries.

Package

  • €45,000 fixed salary + €15,000 variable uncapped.
  • Company car provided or car allowance.
  • Company health insurance.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in French.
  • Ideally located between Milan and Turin with mobility.
  • Minimum one previous experience in sales.
  • Capable of remote work with mobility support.
  • Strong communication skills; you are an excellent communicator.
  • Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is a big plus.

IMPORTANT: Periodic travel to Paris every three weeks by plane (paid by the company).
