A leading company in the Medical Device & Diagnostics industry is seeking a Sales Executive to manage the sales process from lead generation to contract execution. You will analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet sales goals in a remote working environment. Successful candidates will possess several years of relevant experience and a proven sales track record in a customer-facing role. Fluency in English and another Southern European language is required.

The Role
What You’ll Do
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoff
  • Analyze and align customer’s transition vision with Veeva’s value propositions and solutions
  • Contribute to team quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Meet and exceed your assigned revenue quota
  • Develop and implement territory, account, and opportunity sales strategies
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Represent the company at industry associations and events
  • Maintain timely and thorough opportunity notes via Veeva’s CRM
Requirements
  • Several years of experience selling Device and/or Diagnostics to Healthcare Professionals or consulting experience in the Medical Device & Diagnostics Industry
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proven success with Solution Selling Methodologies
  • History of long tenure with previous employers
  • Professional, confident, flexible, and results-oriented
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
  • Strong listening, analytical, organizational skills, and ability to manage time and priorities
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, Italian, or Spanish (Southern Europe languages)
Nice to Have
  • 2+ years of selling or consulting experience in the Medical Device & Diagnostics industry
  • Strong understanding of business objectives and processes in the Medical Device & Diagnostics industry
  • Experience selling software is a plus but not required

Location: Remote in Italy
