Overview

PTV Logistics is seeking to develop new business in the Italian market, with a focus on software for routing, trip planning, and real-time transport visibility. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle and representing PTV Logistics at trade fairs, events, and strategic meetings with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities in the Italian market, with a focus on software for routing, trip planning, and real-time transport visibility;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure;
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver tangible value;
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure a consistent and effective commercial proposal;
  • Represent PTV Logistics at trade fairs, events, and strategic meetings with prospects and clients;
  • Actively contribute to the commercial strategy by bringing market feedback and innovative ideas.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in the logistics sector, preferably in route planning and/or transport management systems (TMS);
  • Strong skills in customer acquisition and determination in achieving sales targets;
  • Solid knowledge of the transport and supply chain industry;
  • Passion for success and results-driven mindset;
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools;
  • Native Italian speaker with excellent command of English.
