What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from identification to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas and quarterly targets.
  • Implement sales strategies and processes.
  • Accurately forecast sales commitments.
  • Plan and conduct effective sales calls.
  • Understand prospects’ business challenges, decision-making, and purchasing processes.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Voxy’s learning approach and technical solutions.
  • Align Voxy’s solutions with prospects’ business needs.
  • Represent Voxy at education and HR events in Italy alongside the Sales Director.
  • Collaborate internally to manage new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales hunter and closer.
  • Strong track record in sales, with a passion for education and technology.
  • At least 3 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Excellent pipeline management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Confident, resourceful, results-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a start-up environment.
  • Experience with high-growth tech companies.
  • Active networker.
  • Power-user of CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Proficient in English and Italian.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience selling to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience in Human Capital Tech, LMS, LXP, or EdTech sectors.
  • Knowledge of Value Selling methodology.
  • Existing HR network.
  • Experience in the online language learning industry.
