What You Will Do

  • Develop the Italian market by identifying decision-makers, meeting with companies to propose tailored training and financial solutions
  • Qualify and understand the business needs of organizations
  • Demonstrate the ROI of goFLUENT solutions through success stories
  • Build lasting, consultative relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on project deployment
  • Participate in fairs and events

What You Need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in international SaaS services
  • Ability to engage at all organizational levels, including senior management and C-level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Team spirit, motivation, results-oriented attitude
  • Proactivity and adaptability
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies
  • Experience in the training sector is a plus
  • English proficiency at least B2 level
  • Native Italian speaker
