A technology firm in HR sector is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead sales in the EMEA region. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of sales experience in HRTech or SaaS, and a strong understanding of the EMEA market. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional languages considered a plus.

Do you want to lead the digital revolution in the HR field and transform the way companies manage their teams across EMEA?

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business in the EMEA region. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, while working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, helping them reimagine how they connect and empower their frontline and deskless teams.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic market opportunities and key accounts, especially mid-market and enterprise companies across EMEA.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with HR and operations leaders to understand their pain points, provide demos, tailor solutions, and build compelling business cases.
  • Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and respond to inbound leads, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other sales technology.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on targeted campaigns to generate demand and conduct event-based outreach.
  • Work with BDRs to develop a qualified pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs between prospecting and closing stages.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to close opportunities and ensure smooth post-sale handover and implementation.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM, forecast sales accurately, and report regularly on pipeline health and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about regional market trends, competitor activity, and local nuances, feeding insights back into the business.
  • Represent Humand at industry events, webinars, and client sessions to build relationships, enhance our brand, and generate pipeline.

What we value :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in HRTech, Internal Communications, or SaaS.
  • Proven success managing complex sales involving HR, People Ops, HRIS, or Internal Communications stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market — its business landscape, decision-making processes, and cultural nuances.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficient with CRM, sales enablement, and prospecting tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Highly proactive, autonomous, and passionate about creating better workplace experiences.
