Co-responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Italy and ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Responsibilities include managing a certain number of potential customers (prospects) in your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing.

  1. Future development into a team lead role to manage other employees in the workshop chains area.
  2. Motivated team that is eager to drive the success story forward.
Your profile
  • Sales is your passion: You are a sales hunter in B2B / SaaS / Automotive sales and enjoy inspiring others.
  • Experience in the automotive environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level.
  • Ideally, you have successfully built and scaled digital B2B businesses and acquired customers in SaaS / Automotive sectors.
  • You are flexible, adaptable, and highly independent.
  • You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lastly, you enjoy working in a team and like to laugh.
