Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Italy is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage existing accounts. You will apply structured sales techniques, analyze customer needs, and coordinate tailored FedEx solutions to meet client goals.

Collaborating across teams, you will enhance customer understanding of FedEx services, delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience and contributing to the growth of our logistics solutions in the regional market.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially aware.
• Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and evident results of managing multiple accounts to the complete satisfaction of customers.
• Excellent communication and contact skills.
• A creative and inventive way of working and thinking, enterprising, convincing and genuinely interested in your customers.
• Demonstrates initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability while working in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of English language
• Previous direct sales experience

What you will be doing:
