Overview
YOUNET AM is a member of YouNet Group and a Data-Driven Advocacy Marketing company in Southeast Asia. Role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Management (60%)
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure deliveries are sent on time according to agreed deadlines
- Support in preparing proposals: research data / information, review competitors’ activities, contribute / brainstorm ideas, allocate KPI & budget, build project timeline
- Work with third party / vendors / KOLs to manage, execute tasks and ensure quality on various social channels
- Ensure projects stay within allocated budget and timeline while achieving KPI
- Alert problems and propose solutions to line manager during execution
- Check and revise monthly and final campaign reports based on actual progress
- Arrange internal meetings and handle paperwork (recaps, liquidation, invoices, etc.)
- Administrative Tasks (40%)
- Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that help keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

- Internal : YNAM Strategic Planning & Consulting; Content Creative; Other Business Units; YouNet Head Office (HR, Finance & Accounting)
- External : Third parties, suppliers, KOL / KOC, Talent Representatives / agencies

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or business is a plus but not required
Experience
- At least 6 months – 2 years working experience in an agency with the same role
- Experience in Social Agency is a plus
