professional-level and senior-level Account Executives .

What you’ll do Lead the full sales cycle across the Italian market, combining qualified leads with your own outbound efforts Engage CFOs, controllers, and senior finance professionals with a consultative, value-based sales approach Build tailored proposals with the support of sales engineers and internal teams Navigate complex deals, manage multiple stakeholders, and guide opportunities to close Hit monthly and quarterly targets with the freedom to run your territory strategically Represent the company at key events, trade shows, and conferences in the region

What we’re looking for Experience in B2B SaaS, software, or IT solution sales (we’re open to professional or senior level) Strong understanding of financial topics such as reporting, consolidation, accounting, or planning Proven ability to present to and negotiate with C-level stakeholders Fluent Italian and strong English communication skills Knowledge of the Italian market and previous exposure to selling into finance departments is a plus Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a scale-up environment

Nice to have Background in business, finance, or economics Experience with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN) Existing network within the Italian finance or software market
