We have created a robust SaaS-based Critical Risk Management System that has changed the way safety is managed in every industry.

Our system has been implemented in some of the largest high-risk operations in the world, delivering profound results in collaboration with the people working in those locations.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive based in Italy to lead Forwood’s growth across Italy and the broader European region. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth, particularly within the mining, construction, manufacturing, and other high-risk industries.

This is a strategic role suited to someone who thrives in building long-term customer relationships, navigating complex enterprise sales, and championing technology that makes a difference. You will play a key role in expanding our regional presence and shaping how companies manage safety across their operations.

This is a 100% remote position. Fluency in both English and Italian is required to effectively engage with our diverse customer base and internal teams.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Meet all sales and operational targets within agreed deadlines.
  • Develop and tailor sales strategies to the regional market.
  • Report to the Global Head of Sales on regional sales, KPI tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Promote and ensure correct usage of customer relationship management and sales applications.
  • Support product launches, development, and market upskilling for Forwood products.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams on sales initiatives.
  • Train and ensure adherence to the company's sales processes.
  • Identify new customers and sales opportunities to build the pipeline and increase revenue.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations, including education and training on products and technologies.
  • Analyze industry landscapes and trends, reporting on factors that could influence budgets and strategic directions.
  • Work within a high-performing, cross-functional team to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Ideal Candidate Considerations

  • Experience handling high-value SaaS deals, typically above US$200K, with an average sales cycle of 9+ months.
  • Strategic approach to closing complex SaaS deals, from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management and weekly planning targeting top 50 organizations in the vertical.
  • At least 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales roles, selling to large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven quota attainment of US$1.2M+ with average deal sizes above US$200K.
  • Active engagement in new logo acquisition with proactive sales methods.
  • Strong multi-channel prospecting skills, including active LinkedIn outreach.
  • Executive presence with the finesse to sell into large enterprises and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to share past sales performance data over the last 4–5 years.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high innovation levels.
