Account Executive – Italy | High-Growth Cybersecurity Scale-Up

A fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity company is seeking a driven Account Executive to join its Italy-based team.

This company is on a mission to make cybersecurity effortless, delivering the world’s first natively automated, end-to-end XDR platform—backed by a 24/7 managed service. Built for lean security teams, it’s cybersecurity on autopilot: powerful, seamless, and stress-free.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own the full sales cycle (new and upsell) for mid-market clients across the region.
  • Drive pipeline generation independently while collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, Channel, and Engineering teams.
  • Sell through partners (VARs, MSPs) and develop strong channel relationships.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points and position high-impact solutions.
  • Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success in closing deals.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience is essential.
  • Experience working with or through channel partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and work autonomously.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and value-based selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with high energy and ownership.
  • Based in Italy (Fluency in Italian and English)
