The company focuses on providing integrated marketing solutions through research, data analytics, social media, digital content, and public relations. They work with prominent brands such as Danone, L'Oréal, Disney, Unilever, and Nestlé.

Role Overview :

As an Account Director , you will be the primary contact for the client and the ultimate leader for the account team, managing the strategic vision, campaign execution, and financial performance of the account. This role requires collaboration across strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure impactful results. You will also supervise workload and workflow management, oversee interdivisional projects, and drive efficiencies across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor account and project management teams to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Foster collaboration, provide feedback, and drive team development.
  • Supervise workload distribution and ensure smooth workflow processes.

Client Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Align campaign deliverables with client objectives, offering strategic counsel and clear feedback.

Strategy and Collaboration :

  • Oversee the strategic vision for campaigns, collaborating with strategy, creative, and data teams.
  • Ensure campaigns align with client KPIs and deliver measurable results.
  • Review proposals with account supervisors, providing guidance and ensuring strategic consistency.
  • Manage budgets, P&Ls, and cost estimations to ensure financial health across accounts.
  • Allocate resources effectively and meet financial performance goals.

Business Development :

  • Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and lead pitches for new business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements : Experience :

  • 8-10 years in account management, with a strong focus on social media and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex campaigns.

Skills :

  • Strong expertise in social media, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation.
  • High adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Languages : Italian native, English full working proficiency (verbal and written).

Additional Requirement : Have work permit in Italy and live in Milan.
