Account Development Executive

Remote position, fully work from home in Italy. Salary up to €100,000 + bonus + company car. Permanent role.

We are seeking a commercially focused Account Development Executive to lead growth within the public charging and retail segments in Italy. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who excels at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and shaping a cleaner, smarter mobility future.

Responsibilities include :

  • Leading business development efforts across public infrastructure, retail chains, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position EV charging as a strategic enabler.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies based on local insights, regulatory changes, and segment-specific challenges.
  • Driving positioning in RFPs / tenders and negotiating high-value opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Representing the company at industry events, forums, and associations to enhance visibility and influence.
  • Collaborating with technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.

Ideal candidates will have :

  • Proven experience in high-tech B2B sales (e.g., energy, mobility, infrastructure, or industrial sectors).
  • A hunter mentality with a successful track record of acquiring new business and closing strategic deals.
  • Solid understanding of Italy’s public EV charging landscape, from municipalities to private site owners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills at senior levels.
  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex solutions into client value.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal .
  • Experience working in international or matrixed environments.
