The Digital Account Executive manages the client needs of the digital team following a thoroughproject management methodology (analysis – proposal – implementation – reporting). The rolerequires the ability to handle a number of projects at any one time as well as being able torespond quickly to client and team requests. The Digital Account Executive is able to understandthe requirements and objectives of the team, is proactive and supports the team at all times.

Key responsibilities and tasks

• Assists the team with the management of client accounts and projects
• Offers thoughtful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding digitaltactics and online opportunities
• Supports relationships with clients, establishing self and LEWIS as an invaluable longtermpartner for digital communications services
• Coordinates communication with select clients and ensures deadlines and serviceagreements adhered to
• Participates in the business development process by supporting with pitchpreparation and research

Requirements

• You already have at least 1 year of experience working as a digital marketing specialist
• Even better if you have experience with Media Buying and/or Influencer Marketing activities
• It’s a plus if you already have experience in Tech
• You have excellent writing skills in Italian and in English as well
• You regularly use social media and know how to leverage them for networking
• Creative thinking
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Interest in media and current events
• You give your best even under pressure or with tight deadlines (when they occur)
