The Role

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our Car Schemes team, supporting customers and drivers throughout their vehicle journey and ensuring smooth day-to-day scheme operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and drivers, resolving queries quickly and professionally.
• Manage team mailboxes, prioritising and actioning queries within agreed timeframes.
• Support employees with vehicle quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and providing clear updates throughout.
• Complete scheme administration, reporting, and compliance tasks to a high standard.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery for all customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery.
