Job Description:

Synergie is seeking candidates for a training program leading to employment in the electrical sector. The selected candidates will participate in a theoretical/practical training course starting on September 8, 2025, lasting 200 hours, with online sessions in the first two weeks and on-site training in Marghera (VE) for the remaining hours.

The training will cover:

1. Installation and maintenance of overhead electric distribution lines (Medium and Low Voltage), including working with specific tools and setting up construction sites.
2. Connections and terminations on aerial and underground cables, including site setup.
3. Assembly of Secondary Cabinets and Transformation Stations on Poles, including site setup.
4. Activities related to measurement groups, sockets, and maintenance of public lighting systems.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma (electrical, electronic, or electrotechnical).
• Basic knowledge of electrical networks.
• Willingness to work at heights.
• No vertigo or claustrophobia.
• Driving license B.

Additional qualities include seriousness, teamwork skills, organizational ability, precision, and flexibility in working hours.

Additional Information:

• Contract: After the academy, a permanent position is expected based on performance, with initial fixed-term employment with prospects for stabilization.
• Work hours: 5 days a week, possibly including Saturday or Sunday shifts.
