Its mission is to equip graduates, professionals, and entrepreneurs with competencies in managerial disciplines aligned with international standards, fostering professional and entrepreneurial skills.

Position: We are seeking a dedicated Academic Program Manager to join our expanding Academic team. The ideal candidate is eager to work in an international environment based in Rome, fluent in Italian and English, and passionate about the educational sector.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Program Improvement Process through organization and management.
  2. Collaborate effectively with all departments and stakeholders, including Faculty, Program Directors, and students, to develop and enhance programs via leadership, team building, and collaboration.
  3. Review procedures, research issues, analyze institutional data, and recommend process improvements.
  4. Design academic programs and develop value propositions.
  5. Conduct internal product knowledge training and development.
  6. Manage program activities such as Business Practice Labs and Company Shadowing.
  7. Oversee the management of the Corporate Advisory Board, including members, activities, and events.
  8. Organize and deliver graduation ceremonies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Native or advanced proficiency in Italian.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English at least C1 level.
  • Relevant experience in the educational sector, educational consultancy, or academic roles.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and improving academic programs.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or Languages.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including document translation between Italian and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, self-driven, disciplined, focused, and capable of working under pressure to achieve results.
