H-FARM SPORTS ACADEMY
H-FARM Sports Academy is an educational project that redefines the learning journey of elite student-athletes. Located on the H-FARM Campus in Roncade (TV), the Academy offers a unique environment where athletic and academic growth do not compete but instead reinforce each other.
Our “24/7 total immersion” approach combines flexible academic learning, professional sports training, and personal development within a cohesive ecosystem. Students follow individualized pathways that include in-person classes, as well as synchronous and asynchronous online lessons—ensuring educational continuity even during tournaments and competitions.
At the heart of the project is the belief that before being athletes or students, our young people are individuals in constant development. Alongside traditional subjects and professional training, we offer Human Skills Labs, Startup Labs, and workshops focused on mindset, financial literacy, and personal branding.
The Academy prepares young athletes for any future they choose—whether it’s the field at San Siro or the boardroom of a global company—by fostering the discipline, resilience, and competencies required to thrive.
With an integrated team of teachers,
Academic Mentors, sports psychologists, professional coaches, and Boarding Parents, we provide the ideal conditions where growth becomes both natural and inevitable.
“
At H-FARM, we don’t just train athletes. We shape futures”.
