Kids&Us Language School in Udine is seeking an Academic Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting teachers, tracking student progress, and ensuring engaging activities for children.

The position requires full proficiency in English, strong communication, and organizational skills. Teaching experience is a plus but not required, and a clean record is mandatory. Salary aligns with CCNL ANINSEI levels.

Mansioni

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and provide meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Cover kids and babies classes when a teacher is absent.
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Contract type: Fixed-term 6 months

Hours: 10 hours per week

Start date: November 2026

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Cover kids and babies classes in case one of the teachers is absent.
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
