Job summary

Kids&Us, based in Italy, seeks an Academic Coordinator for our Trento school to guide teachers, plan lessons, and manage events within our immersive English program.

The role focuses on monitoring student progress, coordinating family follow-ups, and conducting trimester evaluations, contributing to a collaborative learning community. Contract is 3 months at 10 hours/week, starting 1 November.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Your role

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
