Kids&Us, une école dédiée à l'éducation des plus jeunes à travers l'anglais, recherche un Coordinateur Académique. Le poste implique le soutien des enseignants, l'évaluation des étudiants et une formation continue. Nous offrons un environnement de travail stimulant et engageant, avec un contrat fixe ou permanent pour 15,5 heures par semaine, débutant en juillet 2025.

Competenze

• Niveau d'anglais avancé ou Proficiency (C1 ou supérieur).
• Une expérience d'enseignement est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.

• Suivre et guider les enseignants dans la préparation des cours et l'évaluation des étudiants.
• Conduire des évaluations à la fin de chaque trimestre.
• Former en continu pour garantir l'excellence.

For our school in Trento we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

As Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Follow up and guiding your teachers in class preparation, student evaluation and other events.
• Carrying out follow-up of the students (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
• Constant training to ensure excellence in your work.
  
  

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
• A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!
  
  

We offer:

• Fixed-term / Permanent contract.
• 15,5 hours per week
• Young and stimulating work environment.
