Work with us to deliver one of the world's biggest and most prestigious sporting events.

We are seeking an Accreditation Specialist to join our team for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2026. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large-scale international event, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless accreditation process.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing accreditation processes for multi-sport events and will be responsible for supporting the identification, registration, and issuance of accreditation to members of the Games Family and Workforce population.

Key responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting the accreditation process across all dedicated accreditation facilities
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient accreditation process prior to and during the Games
  • Acting as a representative and spokesperson for the accreditation functional area during the Games
  • Presenting and communicating the accreditation process and general operational guidelines

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and possess a high level of numeracy and IT skills.
