Descrizione del lavoro

The professional, reporting to the Marketing Intelligence Manager, will be responsible of the marketing activities related to CRM, managing the Samsung owned platforms (dedicated website, partner locator, lead management tools, etc.), supporting to create a unified CRM for Europe, providing effective online mktg automation activities.

The role is a key figure for building expertise in lead generation and management, providing support and insights to the sales and marketing teams, contributing to achieve and maximize sales targets, product mix and brand awareness through targeted stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and implement the digital marketing activities to achieve the lead management objectives, with focus on the UX by segmentation of 2 main clusters : end-users (new adopters, renewal, evaluation stage,) and particular focus on B2B professionals (consultants, architects, installers, builders, distributors).
  • Planning and supervising the implementation and integration of digital marketing technical platforms (CRM, Website, Locator, Loyalty) with the scope of leads generation and customer care, by interfacing with multiple contributors (Marketing team, European team, technical figures and legal department).

Main Activities :

  • Creating and managing Lead Management flows, from both owned platform (website, sales force, Loyalty Programm, installer locator, social channels) and 3rd party (exhibitions, commercial meeting, partner platform,)
  • Tracking and clustering data, providing reports and insights to the marketing team and top management, with particular focus on owned platform.
  • Coordination with European Marketing Team about new owned platfrom development, localization of new dedicated Webiste (multiple target audience, B2B and B2C targets) and CRM db.
  • Local Coordination with other departments aiming to synergies for CRM and DB management
  • Direct Marketing planning : 1st party and 3rd party platforms

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Professional Experience : 5 years’ experience in managing digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and Lead management.
  • Educational Background : Masters / Bachelor preferably with Marketing or Digital specialization
  • Computer Knowledge : Good skills of main office tools, CRM management, website development, Good knowledge of the main rules of web sites constructions such as SEO, website UX management, etc. Knowledge of digital communication channels, customer Journey tracking and optimization. (Background in Adobe / salesforce / website CM will be a plus).
  • Language Knowledge : Very good written and spoken English.
  • Others : Strong analytic skills, good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, ability to cooperate with internal and external teams, both at local and international level (with central European team and other subsidiaries), cooperate proactively with different professional figures including agencies, legal team, IT Manager and etc.
