Position Summary
Job Purpose
The professional, reporting to the Marketing Intelligence Manager, will be responsible for the marketing activities related to CRM, managing Samsung-owned platforms (dedicated website, partner locator, lead management tools, etc.), supporting the creation of a unified CRM for Europe, and providing effective online marketing automation activities.
The role is key in building expertise in lead generation and management, supporting sales and marketing teams, and contributing to achieving sales targets, product mix, and brand awareness through targeted stakeholder engagement.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement digital marketing activities to achieve lead management objectives, focusing on UX by segmenting two main clusters: end-users (new adopters, renewal, evaluation stage) and B2B professionals (consultants, architects, installers, builders, distributors).
- Plan and supervise the implementation and integration of digital marketing platforms (CRM, website, locator, loyalty) to generate leads and ensure customer care, coordinating with marketing, European teams, technical staff, and legal departments.
Main Activities:
- Create and manage lead management flows across owned platforms (website, Salesforce, loyalty programs, installer locator, social channels) and third-party platforms (exhibitions, commercial meetings, partner platforms).
- Track and analyze data, providing reports and insights to marketing and top management, with a focus on owned platforms.
- Coordinate with the European Marketing Team on new platform development, localization of dedicated websites (targeting B2B and B2C audiences), and CRM database management.
- Collaborate with other departments to leverage synergies in CRM and database management.
- Plan direct marketing activities on first-party and third-party platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years managing digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and lead management.
- Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Digital fields.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in office tools, CRM management, website development, SEO, UX management. Knowledge of digital communication channels, customer journey tracking, and optimization. Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, or website CMS is a plus.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Other Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work proactively with internal teams and external agencies at local and international levels, including legal and IT teams.
