4034: Italy Field Marketing (Marketing Specialist)

Job Overview

As a Team Lead Consultant, you will develop and implement integrated marketing programs to support brand advocacy and demand generation for Avanade in the mid-market in Italy/Poland. Your responsibilities include managing the marketing mix, executing local events, external communications, regional digital strategy, and activities aimed at prospects and current clients to generate new business, support pipeline growth, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, manage, and execute customer-specific programs (events, campaigns, social media, Executive Briefing Center) for relationship building and sales growth.
  2. Identify target accounts and solutions, positioning Avanade as a Microsoft technology consulting leader.
  3. Promote collaboration across marketing and other functions/geographies for strategic alignment, message consistency, and budget efficiency.
  4. Track marketing campaign finances and performance, analyze effectiveness, and recommend actions.
  5. Support local programs with account research, events, content marketing, partner marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.
  6. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for effective resource utilization.
  7. Measure and analyze communication and campaign effectiveness.
  8. Manage CRM, email marketing, and digital content.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT/Services industry.
  2. Experience in brand awareness, demand generation, digital marketing (including advertising, social media, paid social), events, PR, direct mail, and telemarketing.
  3. Experience in B2B marketing, working closely with sales teams.
  4. Passion for digital marketing, with experience in marketing automation, data insights, measurement, reporting, and content creation.
  5. Knowledge of localizing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  6. Proven success in designing and executing campaigns targeting large enterprises.
  7. Knowledge of industry verticals, PR, and copywriting skills are advantageous.
  8. Experience interacting directly with customers in marketing roles is a plus.
