Title: 4034: Italy Field Marketing (Marketing Specialist)

About the opportunity

As a Team Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing programs to support brand advocacy and demand generation for Avanade in the mid market in Italy/Poland.You will be involved in every facet of the marketing mix, taking global propositions to our clients. You will execute local events, external communications, and regional digital strategy. This also includes end-to-end marketing journey mapping and activities that target prospects and current clients to generate new business opportunities, support pipeline growth and assist sales in building client relationships.

What you will love doing

  • Planning, managing and executing customer-specific programs (e.g. events, campaigns, social media, Executive Briefing Center) for long-term relationship building, cross-selling and/or up-selling
  • Identifying target accounts and solutions, positioning Avanade as the Microsoft technology consulting leader.
  • Promoting teamwork and coordination between marketing and different functions/geographies to promote strategic alignment, message consistency, and budget efficiency
  • Tracking marketing campaign finance and performance effectiveness, providing recommendations for action if needed, and contributing to knowledge sharing of information with other groups
  • Providing guidance and direction to support local programs – driving account research, events, content marketing, partner marketing or other lead-generation initiatives
  • Executing detailed project plans, timelines and schedules to ensure effective planning and efficient resource utilization
  • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of communications, marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • CRM, email marketing and digital content management

What skills/experience?

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT/Services industry
  • Experience in various facets of marketing, including brand awareness, demand generation, digital marketing (including advertising, Social, Paid Social), events, PR, direct mail and telemarketing
  • Experience of working in a B2B marketing environment, including working closely with direct and indirect sales teams
  • Passionate digital marketer who has experience in marketing automation, data and insights, measurement and reporting and content development
  • Knowledge of localizingand implementing marketing campaigns
  • Successful track record of designing and implementing marketing campaigns targeted at large enterprises
  • Knowledge of specific industry verticals and experience in PR and copywriting skills will be an advantage
  • Advanced experience interacting directly with customers in a marketing capacity is a plus
