Title: 4030: Italy Field Marketing (Marketing Senior Analyst)

Job Summary: Reporting to the ICEG Marketing Lead, the Field Marketing Sr Analyst will help to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Microsoft products and services to our prospective clients.

This generalist role will cover a variety of programs to support the Marketing priorities:

• Elevate and strengthen our brand positioning
• Support Direct growth through demand generation campaigns in the Mid-market
• Deliver exceptional client experience to our clients and prospects.
• Activate Microsoft as a channel

This will include planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, building relationships and partnering closely with the ICEG Sales teams, M+C Mid-Market team, Digital Marketing, building client evidence and being an active participant in the ICEG Marketing team to achieve the annual KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will be extremely varied, and will include, but will not be limited to:

Campaign & event support:

• Support the regional marketing managers with campaign execution
• Help plan and execute virtual and in-person events
• Liase and partner with our regional sales team
• Support production of customer evidence by working with the Sales teams to identify new wins, public references and case studies
• Provide regular insights into target buyers’ intent data, to support ICEG Marketing team campaign planning & optimisation.
  

Marketing Lead management

• Utilise Marketing client insight dashboards to monitor lead engagement
• Triage inbound marketing leads
• Maintain contact lead records in CRM
• Educate and train sales community in lead management
• Report on ICEG marketing team’s lead generation performance
  

Marketing Operations

• PO and financial budget tracking
• Marketing performance reporting
• Liaise with outside vendors related to events and other program tasks
• Utilize Marketing tools and automation
• Manage Direct Mail fulfilment platform and branded stock in Warehouses
  

Job Qualifications:

• 1-2 years marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
