3D Architect and Visualizer

Etereo Design is a growing, highly collaborative firm with a progressive, upbeat culture looking for a go-getter to help us to the next level. We are searching for a 3D Architect/Visualizer with an extensive knowledge of the world of architecture and interior design, of the related luxury brands, materials and their application. The candidate will have to work in the creative team department in our office in Milan, developing 3D models, renders, concepts, and presentations.

Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Package, and AI tools is required. Only candidates providing a detailed portfolio of their own work (3D models and rendering) done with the above software will be considered.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and propose new architecture and interior design concepts.
2. Production of 3D models (also complex models and shapes), high-quality renders, and AR video.
3. Research of new materials, finishes, details, and items for the concept design requirements.
4. Work on multiple projects.
5. Participation in the design process.
6. Prepare presentations for client meetings.

Education and Experience

1. Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. Demonstrated history of well-done architecture and interior concepts, renders, and 3D models.
3. Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury architecture and interior design projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Keen attention to details.
2. Experience in high-end and luxury projects in the field of residential and hospitality.
3. Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, AI tools, and other design applications.
4. Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
6. Ability to work independently.
