Position Description

We are looking for a talented young person eager to showcase the skills and knowledge acquired at university and apply them in the real world of work. This internship offers an opportunity to take the first steps in your legal career. You will work remotely for 3 months on a part-time basis (50%).

The internship will be conducted in English; however, we are specifically seeking interns who speak Italian.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work independently and efficiently, and it provides the perfect environment to improve legal and English skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing legal solutions to business problems
• Researching legal requirements of funding programs
• Assisting the company in Italian business and commercial contexts

This remote internship is scheduled to start between April and May 2025, lasting from 3 up to 9 months.

Requirements

Skills:

• Native Italian speaker with knowledge of Legal/Law Italian
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), including Legal/Law English
• Supportive attitude with ideas to improve efficiency
• Independent and organized work ethic
• Sense of achievement and personal growth
• Desire to apply and deepen legal knowledge
• Willingness to work in a startup environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
• Master's Degree in Law/Business is a plus
• Good knowledge of Italian Law related to Business and Labour
• Knowledge of Trademark Law is a plus
• Basic experience in Business and Law
