VMWARE ADMINISTRATOR EXPERT

Sorint.Lab is hiring VMware engineers

In addition to the required technical skills listed below, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in teams as well as independently, and a strong desire to solve complex and challenging technical problems.

Introduction :

Subject Matter Expert in core implementation. Understands and can contribute to low-level designs of L1 and L2 project complexity based on core technologies. Installs and configures products within their chosen technical domain in VMware technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• vSphere 6.x, 7.x, 8.x
• Aria Suite
• vSAN

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES :

• Develop greenfield environments
• Assist in VMware migration and product upgrades
• Proven operational skills
• Troubleshoot logs and performance issues

NICE TO HAVE :

• Ensure customer satisfaction on every engagement while respecting project/engagement budgets. Provide innovative customer solutions with workarounds if necessary. Good knowledge of VMware products.
• Collaborate regularly with team members to share knowledge and experience.
• Discuss project matters with project managers and log support calls.
• Good spoken and written English skills are required.
• Possession of VCP certifications is preferred.
• The position is full-time but in hybrid mode.

Location : Preferably onsite in Milan (50%), but remote work at a higher percentage can be considered.

Salary and benefits will be refined based on actual experience.
