We're looking for a Project Leader to join the fast-growing engineering team making breakthrough innovations for our products. This position is based on-site in Feltre, Italy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned traded projects from start to finish, driving successful completion within defined scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee all project qualification activities from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Clients, Purchasing, Logistics, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate the definition, qualification, and approval of traded products.
- Manage all technical and commercial project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Identify and address potential risks proactively, implementing effective mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project leadership, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.G., MS Project) and technical documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English is required.
