TALENT Tree, a licensed firm specializing in recruitment and personnel selection, is seeking a qualified candidate to join a prestigious international law firm as a:

HR ASSISTANT

The candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and will be responsible for:

  1. Recruitment and selection activities for new joiners (lawyers and support staff);
  2. Preparing onboarding packs and organizing inductions for new employees;
  3. Employer branding initiatives;
  4. Organizing job fairs;
  5. Supporting ad-hoc HR international projects;
  6. Collaborating with Operations on legal documentation related to employment, contracts, offers, and internal procedures;
  7. Maintaining accurate records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and supporting reporting;
  8. Planning and organizing HR network activities such as Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, Agile Working, and internal events.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate training in HR is a plus;
  • Work experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably within professional services or legal environments;
  • Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with social media (especially LinkedIn), HRIS, and ATS platforms;
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
