JPMorgan Chase in Milano invites applications for the Advisor Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training, followed by ongoing development and mentorship as you join a team of bankers and wealth specialists.

After the program, many trainees are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers within Private Banking, delivering customized wealth management solutions while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As an Advisor Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank, you will work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks. For the entirety of the Advisor Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. You'll have what you need to succeed – from training and mentorship from senior executives to projects that engage all your skills. You'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us. Joining our Advisor Training Program means you will be joining a team committed to building client relationships and making meaningful contributions to our business with customized wealth management solutions. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• An expected graduation date between August 2026 and July 2027.
• Highly driven person who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
• Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Fluency in Italian may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential.
