J.P. Morgan is seeking an Asset Management Marketing Associate for the Italy Marketing team in Milan, reporting to the Marketing Strategy Director for Italy and Greece. The role blends hands-on campaign work with strategic content, working closely with London centres of excellence and local stakeholders.

Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Director for Italy and Greece, you will be based full-time at our Italian headquarters in Milan, partnering closely with our Marketing Centres of Excellence in London and local business stakeholders.
As an Asset Management Marketing Associate within the Italy Marketing team, you will combine strong operational execution with hands-on contribution to campaigns, content, and client-focused initiatives - helping deliver an exceptional experience for investors and intermediaries in a regulated, fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the local team, driving business performance, and ensuring operational excellence across strategic, analytical, and executional activities.
The job grading and the related economic treatment, within the above-mentioned pay range, will be determined in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro) for middle managers (quadri direttivi) and professional staff employed by banking, financial and ancillary companies (the "CCNL", available at the following link ) applicable to the employment relationship, pursuant to the provisions set out in Articles VI and [XIII] (if quadro)/[XIV] (if non quadro) of the CCNL, and on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, consistent with the role, relevant professional experience, required skills and the type of contract.
