Overview

Join the 2026 Global Private Bank - Advisor Analyst Training Program - Milan. This role focuses on building client relationships and delivering customized wealth solutions across investments, credit, banking and Trust & Estates practices.

• Work with our team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and to serve existing ones


• Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage and grow wealth


• Understand our clients’ unique needs and tailor your approach to exceed expectations, collaborating across teams to provide first-class service

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• An expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026


• Highly driven person who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions


• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask


• Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends


• Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential.
